YOGALATES

Yogalates combines Yoga Asana and Pilates moves for a core-focused practice that will ignite your inner fire and build a stronger core!

HATHA FUSION

Classic warm up followed by standing postures, balance and flow, and a cool down stretch. Accessible to all levels of practitioners.

YIN STYLE STRETCH

Deep stretches, held for longer durations. Designed to get into the fascia and joints. Excellent for students with arthritis, recovering from injury and surgery prevention. Yin classes help to keep shoulders, hips and smaller joints lubricated and mobile.

YIN YANG FUSION

Half stretch, half standing postures. Flows are limited and optional. This is an excellent full body stretch, also working on strengthening standing postures and balance. Ideal for those looking for a complete practice with less flow.

Barre Blend

Join us for this amazing, strengthening, core and leg focused (with a little arms thrown in!) class. 

No dance experience required! 

This class will incorporate Barre, Yoga and Pilates for a well-rounded class leaving you feeling strong and tall!

Supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets, rest in postures for up to 10 minutes each. Ideal for those seeking deep relaxation and healing.

BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION

We offer 1-on-1 or small group sessions. Ideal if you are new to yoga, returning to your practice after an extended period away, or curious about proper alignment and pose integrity. You will have the opportunity to ask questions during practice, and create a relaxed environment for a group of friends wanting to practice together.
