OUR STUDIO

Located inside BATTS ATHLETIC CLUB, students have referred to our studio as a “hidden gem”.

Our welcoming reception area leads into a transition hall that invites you into the tranquil studio space.

We value stillness and silence, giving you and others in the studio the opportunity to let go of busy schedules and hectic days, and be present on your mat. We encourage you to take the opportunity before and after class to enjoy a few moments of quiet meditation and rest.
