Chair Yoga

This class is for able-bodied participants who may face challenges getting up and down from a yoga mat/the floor. (Our studio is not wheelchair accessible, so individuals must be able to come up a set of 8 stairs to access the studio).

Chair Yoga offers an opportunity to engage in a full-body yoga class from the comfort of a stable and supportive chair.

You will come through a combination of seated and standing sequences of gentle postures and stretches. Our certified and compassionate yoga instructor, Kelly Vali, will guide you through a series of movements that emphasize breath awareness, mindfulness, and improved flexibility, all while accommodating various mobility levels.
